WHO'S BEHIND THE BAR?
After spending more than two decades in healthcare, I felt called to use that same dedication to caring for people in a different way. For years, I stood beside individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, which taught me empathy, composure, and the importance of getting every detail right.
Eventually, I chose to bring that same level of care to the celebratory side of life. I traded clinical results for craft cocktails and became a scientist turned bartender. While the setting has changed, my commitment to precision has not. My background in science trained me to respect exact measurements and balance, so every drink I serve is intentionally crafted, carefully measured, and consistently on point.

No, due to licensing regulations, we do not provide alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying the alcohol. However, we take care of serving it! We also provide mixers, garnishes, and all necessary bar equipment to ensure a seamless experience.

Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for their event, particularly if it is held on public property. We’re happy to guide you through the permitting process.
The Piaggio Ape is compact and versatile, measuring approximately 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and just over 6 feet tall. This makes it perfect for both indoor and outdoor events. Please ensure the venue can accommodate these dimensions.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Deposits are nonrefundable. For cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
Absolutely! We’re happy to offer a variety of non-alcoholic options through our taps, such as mocktails, sodas, juices, and more. Our service is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages and tastes. Plus, we have a mocktail drink book full of creative ideas to inspire your menu!
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during the peak season. A deposit secures your spot on our calendar.
We do not provide traditional glassware but offer premium disposable drink ware as part of our service. If you prefer glassware, we can recommend trusted local rental vendors.

While we do not supply alcohol due to licensing regulations, we make it easy for you by providing recommendations. You can purchase your alcohol from any licensed retailer of your choice.
